We have opportunity with a leading five star hotel chain in India and overseas

Job Role :

License and Permit Management:

- Identify and obtain all necessary licenses and permits required for hotel operations.

- Ensure timely renewals and updates of licenses and permits.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses and permits, including expiration dates and renewal requirements

Compliance Monitoring:

- Conduct regular audits to assess the hotel's' compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

- Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and adjust hotel operations accordingly.

Government Agency Liaison:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials.

- Respond to inquiries, requests for information, and inspections from government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and organized records related to compliance, licenses, and permits.

- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.

- Provide regular compliance reports to senior management.

Staff Training and Education:

- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for hotel staff.

- Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.

Mandatory skills:

- Proven experience in regulatory compliance management within the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to hotels and hospitality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.

- Experience working with government agencies and officials is a plus.
