- Act as project manager and coordinator of compliance team projects and other departments' requests for compliance support
- Drive compliance activities to be carried out in line with Generali Compliance Operating Model
- Proactively review and propose effective solutions for the team or risk areas controls
- Handle tasks with sufficient level of autonomy and provide compliance advisory on business related projects and products
- Oversee compliance with applicable regulation for non-life business and provide advice on regulatory matters
- Perform compliance risk identification/regulatory monitoring, assessment, advising on the identification of mitigation actions and support on the identification on potential remedial actions to business/operations (1st line)
- Perform second level controls / compliance reviews / sample checking
- Provide compliance inputs to training addressing to staff and/or distribution network
- Input to reports to be submitted to Group/Regional Compliance, local management and Ethics & Compliance Committees
- Work on the local adoption and implementation of Group Compliance Policies and other internal documentation
- Support the drafting and review of relevant internal policies and procedures
