Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation benchmarking and processing
- Board, Nomination and remuneration Committee, IRDAI approvals Liaison for compensation revision
- Managing IRDAI compliances pertains to Key Management person (KMP)
- Providing strategic inputs on the compensation philosophy, identify and institutionalize employee friendly incentive models for sales and non-sales force
- Design and implement Rewards and Recognition schemes for employees with focus on retention of top performers and critical role holders
- Liaison with external consultants to lead the industry wide compensation benchmarking exercise
- Design and implement employee friendly and tax compliant compensation structure
- Provide expertise in Job evaluation of defined roles in the organization using various tools
- Lead the Design and implementation of Performance Management System and process the annual appraisal cycle
- Conceptualize, design, implement and review employee friendly policies.
- Assist in presenting changes in HR policies and seek approvals from the Board (Remuneration Committee), wherever needed
- Benefits Administration of Car Lease, Medical Insurance, ESOPs etc.
Annual Budgeting:
- Finalization of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for HR function with impact on the wage bill of the organization
- Design the long term strategy and execution of manpower planning and Hiring, in line with the Company's objectives
