Roles & responsibilities :

- Will be responsible to monitor, implement and improve collections strategies using traditional and alternative contact channels.

- The role will utilize analytics and influencing skills to improve existing customer focused segmentation and event driven treatment strategies using predictive modeling techniques across multiple large national retail portfolios

- 8+ years combined experience in financial services, collections, operations, data analysis and analytics, or computer programming

50% - Analysis (identifying RCA - Collections / Operations / Data Analysis and Analytics)

50% - 80% Strategies (Building, developing, implementing strategies for Credit risk/Collections recovery)
