Job Profile :
1) Collections and recovery of overdue payments from customers in identified accounts
2) Continuously monitor collection / recovery status and take corrective actions to ensure closure of critical cases in the assigned pool. strategize collections and recovery based on forward flow, backward flow, resolution, bucketing etc.
3) Undertake necessary actions in coordination with the legal department for cases that can be recovered through legal intervention
4) Ensure establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function
5) Responsible for managing the entire team at all locations, motivate and follow up with them.
6) coordination and synch the communication between calling team and field people.
7) Co orientation with collection agency for assigned portfolio and achieve the target.
