Summary of Role/Profile:

What is the focus of the function?

- Analytics delivery for Collections function.

Why does this job exist?

- Integral to managing consumer finance collections analytics delivery and growth.

How does the role add value?

3 primary forums or channels:

- Customer management for delivery and OPEX in delivery- NPS. Drive thought leadership to create customer WOW and impact NPS.

- Growth or Solutioning support to drive growth within Consumer finance collections.

- Build products through ahead of the market thinking.

How is this role unique from others?

- Collections and Risk expertise and being able to use that on driving delivery and solutions. Typical Collections clients we support for US market are fairly evolved in their approach towards Collections using Digital channels, champion challenger, regulatory focus and exposure.

Who are the key relationships for this role?

- CCO and CCO - 1 down’s on the customer side, Internal equation with team and support function – HR , Training etc

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role?

- Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics / Econometrics or MBA – Finance with relevant work experience in Consumer / Retail banking vertical.

What are the key initiatives and challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years?

- Drive improvements in NPS over previous year.

- Continue driving mining for accounts including large Consumer finance companies for America.

- Drive growth in new accounts, support hunting initiates

- Own and drive the product development for Collections analytics.

- Deep expertise in Credit Risk and Collections strategy Analytics role.

- Ability to build deep client partnerships

- Intellectual horsepower

- Commercial Savvy

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level

- Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- Energy/Hunger for managing delivery and driving Growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge, Experience and Education

- Manage 50+ member analytics service delivery team Revenue span of 2-5 MM USD.

- Engage and manage customer to drive NPS score of 70%+.

- Undertake specific solutioning assignments in Collections and Risk analytics to drive growth.

- Manage retention at 80%+ levels. (Attrition< 20%).

- Build and support products and solutions for collections analytics space.

Essential

- Risk Analytics – Predictive analysis/segmentation /scorecard experience

- Good Communication Skills.

- Self Starter / Extremely self motivated and ability to work independently.

- Min 3-5 years Experience with People management for MIS/analytics team…15-20 member team

Desirable

- Strong hand on knowledge of statistical / analytical tools. Knowledge of SAS essential.

- Strong Interpersonal / Communication Skills/ Clear Thinker /Team Player

- Ability to work in diverse environment and deal with ambiguity.
