- Collateral management on OTC products, Repo & Sec lending and CCP cleared products (OTC and listed products) for both Principal & Agency business,
- Reconciliation process facing OTC counterparts and cleared trade.
Contribution to the strategy :
- Contributing to india's strategy and roadmap, communicating to the staff, conveying messages enabling to get adhesion of the teams to that strategy. Accompany the managers to decline the strategy in concrete actions.
- Understanding and being able to explain team's contribution to strategy and what are the interactions they will have to manage with other departments, business partners and internal / external clients.
- Maintaining strong relationship with key partners on the industry to follow the stakes and anticipate changes.
- Structuring and coordinating the missions and targets of his teams, according to the best organization.
- Identifying CT / MT needs (volume and profile), and anticipate teams evolution and changes,
- Regularly evaluating his performance, competency and knowledge to accompany and empower them.
- Ensuring that his managers are also empowering their staff,
- Providing help and accompanying managers and teams on a day-to-day basis notably via performance dialogue sessions and coaching. Anticipating industry changes to define strategy of his perimeter,
- Implementing and following validated changes, and accompanying the changes within his teams,
- Encouraging and developing team spirit and synergies, within his teams and with business partners.
- Continue to adapt our operating model and stabilize the platform in India, improving resiliency and providing enhanced supports to Regions.
