Looking for existing AVP who have rich exposure in OTC Derivatives and has current experience with Collateral Management.

Given below is the Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day to day process delivery for allocated teams and ensure SLA targets are met

- Establish effective working relationships with peer group, and internal clients.

- Act as primary/secondary escalation point for all process issues for the markets/processes in scope.

- Review and control of the all the daily/monthly/weekly process MIS and reports.

- To ensure that there is adequate cross training within the team, and sufficient backups are available for each process. Employee engagement and career planning, grooming of staff, and performance management.

- Continually look for improvements to processes and controls within functional area.

- Managing all internal and external Audits and risk reviews. Ensure that all process documentation is complete and reviewed regularly.

- Play a lead role in any change the bank projects involving the functional area owned by the team

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Knowledge & Skills: Required

- Subject matter expertise on OTC derivatives, with exposure to Collateral Management

- Understanding of the trade life cycle.

- Quality/Process improvement/Change management experience.

- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory requirements

- Proven track record of having successfully managed different processes/ multiple teams

- Leadership skills, people and conflict management

- Ability to coach / mentor staff with potential and ensure adequate talent pipeline is in place

- Ability to handle pressure, high volume and risk. Prioritize and deliver
