As the AVP Co-Lending, you will be the face of the company externally and the SPOC for all communication with Lending partners
What you will do :
- Working closely with Lending partners, founding team and internal stakeholders to plan for new partnerships and align cross-functional teams and drive go-live dates in a structured manner
- Working with leading Financial institutions and liaison with cross-functional teams of the partner like Alliances, Program, Policy, Credit & Operations
- Working closely with internal business teams to align numbers and drive disbursal across BUs
- Working closely with credit underwriting teams to understand the policy and handle assessment process internally and externally
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure fulfillment of funds
- Responsible for setting up processes at each stage and align teams to targets
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to get hands-on where required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips
- Very good understanding of Lending with a good understanding of end-to-end process
- Strong people management skills and ability to articulate issues
- Very good proficiency in MS Excel and ability to prepare reports
- Prior 3 years of experience in Sales, Product or Program roles with a lending entity
- Overall work experience of at least 5 years working with cross-functional teams
Educational Qualification : Candidate to be an MBA from a Premier B School or a CA.
Experience : 5 to 10 years
