Roles & Responsibility :
- Business Unit and Profit & Loss Management for the cloud based technology delivery management. Service line extension and Thought leadership
- Global Delivery Management through 3 service lines: Cloud Consulting, Core Managed Services and Cloud Platform Delivery (SaaS, IaaS & PaaS)
- Technical Delivery Management through teams located at multiple geographies with capability to manage teams spanning across IT Program/Delivery Management, Compliance/Validation Management, Technical Architecture, IT operations (DBA, System & Network), Data Security and Application/Domain Experts- Service Delivery Management on 24- 7- 365 basis for close to 100 plus global account (US, EU, Middle East & Japan)
- Compliance Management both from validation and data security perspective
- Support Business Development & Sales through effective delivery of pre-sales support. RFI, RFQ, RFP, SOW & Contacts Management
- Organization Development & Leadership- Operations Management & operations excellence
People Management & Development : Go to market planning & implementation of marketing strategies- Alliance Management with Hosting Datacenter partner and other vendors
Global Commercial operations :
- Global Customer Support managing 200 plus large, multi-location, global companies.
- Business Development for Asia
- Global Sales Operations (Sales & Pre-sales Operations, Sales Force.com, Forecasting and sales reports)- Global Marketing Operations (Web Master, Marketing Research, Product Marketing Management and Partner Management).
