Responsibilities:
1) Manage Customer relationships
- Maintain relationships with existing clients (Key Account Management)
- Pitch into new clients
- Understanding client requirements
- Discussions with business heads on need assessment
2) Manage facilitator relationship
- Maintaining relationships with facilitators across India
- Transit information from clients to consultants/Trainers
3) Content Library:
- Maintain Content library with sufficient information controls. Managing a web link library (useful content on the web)
4) Other Activities:
- Help maintain the website (Monthly updating, with new courses that we offer)
- Review all course materials before submitting to clients. In some instances (particularly with new professors) interacting with a technical reviewer to ensure accuracy
- Manage course schedules and help identify appropriate faculty for each course
- Organize interviews with new professors and develop screening techniques (Implement New Instructor review policy)
- Help organize professor guest lectures at client sites
- Manage the Professor Database: Contacts, feedbacks and performance ratings
5) Manage Client Database
- Client contact information
- Courses completed at each client
- Planned/scheduled courses at each client site
- Records/notes of client discussions/conversations
- Potential new courses at each client (other topics, locations, etc.)
- Course pricing history
- Invoicing history
- Maintain over all profitability report of the center of excellence
6) Implement overall product development and delivery quality control process
7) MIS and financial reporting: Play an active role in pricing and bottom line management
