The role of Client Management Group (CMG) is integral to the successful roll out of Middle Office (Banking Middle Office which is now rechristened as Client Management Group).

- Global Client Management Onboarding Team across sectors such as Corporates & Financial Institution groups

- Global Transitional Support

- Global Regulatory Team

- BAST

- CDD Policy

- Global Credit Operations

- In the ever dynamic changing landscape of Financial Industry, be adept and agile to changes in Regulatory space. Ensure understanding and implementation of these quickly & effectively.

- Interpret regulatory/policy changes and communicate their implications to the peers/team. Ability to establish action points arising out of the same and incorporate the impact within laid down procedures.

- Engage with the Partner teams effectively that aids seamless exchange and delivery of information.

- Is able to assess and prioritise his/her work independently.

- Knowledge of Investment Banking in the Client Onboarding space is preferred. (E)

- High energy, be pro-active, extremely positive, a problem solver, and an owner of issues. (E)

- Good organisational, planning and management skills. (E)

- Good commercial and financial management ability with a proven track record and experience in a shared service model. (D)

- Good context within which GBM and other functional departments operate. (D)

- Good business and operational experience (D)

- Good overall knowledge of the client interface / onboarding and associated processes within an investment bank (D)

- A delivery-focused mindset. (E)
