Job Description :
This is a mid-management role which involves working with some of the largest banks and financial institutions in India and globally. This is a challenging role that expects the incumbent to work with constant agility with various teams and ensure timely product delivery to clients. As AVP of Client Delivery, you will need to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver business strategies and product enhancements. You will be responsible for driving sales & business revenues as well.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating business strategies to drive sales with current and new banks, for Mintoak products.
- Aligning clients with the strategies formulated in order to achieve projected revenue.
- Working closely with analytics to study portfolio behavior and suggest growth initiatives.
- Ensuring end-to-end implementation of deliverables as per the timeline agreed with clients.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve them at the earliest.
- Make merchant visits to get insights and share with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e. g., technical, support, product) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Regular visits to clients for meetings, reviews, and discussions.
- Gather client feedback and leverage insights to enhance service delivery and product development.
Skills and Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in client relationship management, sales, and project delivery within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic tech understanding required.
- Proven experience managing client accounts, including revenue responsibility and sales targets.
- Ability to interact independently with clients
