Our client is one of the leading global bank. Due to expansion in their global business, an outstanding newly created opportunity has arisen for a very critical senior position in their clearing operations space.

Job Description

Reporting into the Vice President and managing a 20 member team you will be responsible for:

- Processing of all instruments across inward and outward clearing along with ECS & EFT transactions for Delhi NCR

- Managing diverse initiatives such as process refinements, expense reduction ,etc on an ongoing basis

- Staying up to date with domestic and international clearing guidelines and regulations

- Acting as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders of the bank

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA or MBA from a tier one business school and must have 9+ years of relevant experience within the Clearing Operations space with solid CTS experience. You must have experience of managing at least 10-15 members. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders is required.
