- Managing team for claims settlement activity for all Non Employee Benefit (Non EB) claims function for PAN India.
- Liaising with clients, surveyors and insurance companies for timely resolution of issues related to claim settlement
- Active support in training and developing the team for knowledge and implementing technical aspects and procedures to implement best claims practices.
- Liaising for resolving issues faced by clients by rigorous follow up with Insurance Company and surveyors for speedy settlement of claims.
- Implement prescribed escalation matrix for customer complaints and queries ensuring smooth overall processing of claims and service requests/complaints
- Candidates are preferred from Banking/ NBFC'S.
- Candidate should have knowledge of handling Non Motor claims/ Commercial line of business for corporate clients.
