AVP- Chief of Staff (strategy & investor management/fund raising)

- We are currently looking to hire for a leading ed tech company in Mumbai.

- Looking to hire someone into Chief of Staff role. This role will be to run core strategy of the company along with the CEO. It is more of a corporate strategy role. This role would also include Investor management, Fundraising, MIS & Reporting and new projects strategy with CEO.

- Candidate must have experience into Investor management/Fund raising and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking

- Manage a good investor relation & work on investor related queries & presentations

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.

- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Build org effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Strong knowledge on operation excellence.

- Driving multiple project with high quality process excellence

Requirements :

- 4+ years in new B2B strategy & operation excellence roles.

- Significant experience in pan-India strategy & operation excellence and Handling successful key projects with a volume,

high quality operation excellence is required

- Excellent in skills like New sales strategy, Key account handling and building a long term relationship with the school.

- Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.

Qualifications : 

- BE/ MBA from Tier 1 institute.

Our client is looking for candidates from Tier 1 B schools in India. They already have a very strong strategy team in place which works closely with the CEO. All strategy people are from Tier 1 schools.
