Looking to hire for candidates with exp in change management & process improvement
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Process Improvement Initiatives using the Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.
- Facilitate and lead the development of current and future processes using flowcharts/process maps, and detailed procedures recommending process changes to enhance operational excellence and minimize inefficiencies.
- Performs business analysis, identifies opportunities and/or root causes to drive business improvements that will impact efficiency, effectiveness, quality or compliance.
- Ensure to address the improvement for the E2E process that can include cross functional teams and/or regions
- Actively lead forums and workshops with Operations, Clients and Process teams to find opportunities to improve the processes.
- Apply DMAIC, lean, structured problem solving practices to propose robust solutions to identify new opportunities or to solve complex business issues.
- Manage project delivery from initiation and planning through implementation and control.
- Drive standardization and strong knowledge re-use structure (Knowledge Management)Provide mentoring and guidance to Operational teams to enable business excellence, continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop, implement and produce the KPIs to continuously improve metrics and reports to support business process improvements.
- Perform cost and benefit analyses.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with SME (subject matter experts), project team members & management across the organization.
To be successful in this role:
- Experienced in leading and implementing operational and business changes.
- Proven track record of financial results from the application of process improvement methodologies, and effective change management.
- Project management skills
- Highly developed analytical, quantitative and data analysis aptitude.
- Skilled in methodologies such as workout, kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, DMADV, ACFC & DFSS.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, preferably Finance (with CA / CPA / ICWA), is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable
- 8 - 10 years relevant experience in transformation initiatives (e.g. operating model/process architecture design), business process re-engineering, quality/process improvement initiatives and process transitions, preferably in the Financial Services industry,
- Willingness for travel and work in different time zones to support clients.
