Description

- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine the company's overall strategy, with a specific focus on the lending business segment. Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals, priorities, and KPIs.

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks. Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.

- Product Development: Work closely with product teams to conceptualize and develop lending products that cater to customer needs and market demands. Drive innovation and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.

- Risk Assessment: Assess and manage risks associated with lending products and strategies. Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Business Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational efficiency. Use data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including finance, marketing, operations, and technology, to execute strategic initiatives successfully.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Stakeholder Communication: Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to the senior leadership team and board of directors. Ensure effective communication of the strategic vision throughout the organization.

Profile

- MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute in India/overseas

- 10+ of experience in strategy, product management, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on lending.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives that have driven business growth.

- Deep understanding of lending products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the Indian financial sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
