Specific competencies ( Essential):

- Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments

- Strong knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role, Client on-boarding space within the Capital Markets or Consulting Industry

- Sound knowledge of Capital Markets products, processes and technology platforms

- Candidate must have a minimum of 8 to 12 years- experience leading an AML / KYC team for a capital markets business

- Prior experience leading a large team (minimum 50 people of more)

- Strong knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role within the Capital Markets Industry or as a part of Capitive Service Delivery center

- Sound knowledge of Banking / Capital Markets products, processes and technology platforms

- Advanced Communication and Presentation skills
