Role : - Prior experience in consulting, Business process reengineering or business solution group is must - Should have experience in managing a team is a must - Experience in treasury is a Must Job Description : - Managerial oversight on the following activities on a day to day basis a. Pricing of deals reported by various departments and clients on treasury systems b. Control activities including FX transaction lifecycle events and ensuring that the all the deals booked by treasury are processed by the ops team c. Control activities including relevant approvals are in place for various market actions on deals as per set process - Suggest and Implement process improvements, automation, Digitization to conduct the activities in a better way. - Daily position management of forex merchant positions/ Daily reporting of position - Communicate and Coordinate with the Sales team as well as other teams to ensure adherence of policies and processes - Handling Internal, concurrent and RBI Audit Requirements : - Should have 7-10 years of experience along with team handling experience - Good communication skills - Understanding of forex market - Give weightage to experience in processes improvements - standardisation, simplification, coordination for system implementation. - Plus the ability to monitor a high operational intensity desk. Ability to create dashboards, checks and controls would be valuable. - It is a first-level managerial role for an operations desk. Direct handling of transactions or experience in FX are good to have, not must. - Logical career move would be into BPRG, BSG, Compliance / Audit roles. Can do these in the specialised areas of FX and FI markets, and across units of Treasury.
