AVP Capability Development

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement digital capability development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement in digital skills and competencies across the organization.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and identify training needs.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in digital technologies relevant to the organization

- Develop comprehensive training programs focusing on GenAI, AI, data, cloud platforms, and other relevant digital technologies.

- Utilize innovative instructional design methodologies to create immersive and engaging training experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.

- Explore and implement new & emerging immersive training methodologies.

- Create interactive and hands-on learning experiences to enhance learner engagement and retention.

- Develop robust mechanisms for measuring the effectiveness and impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.

- Analyze training data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization of training initiatives
