Role:Business Trainer-AVP-Banking
Location: Chennai
- Clarify, analyze and document Business Training needs using a consulting approach & provide relevant solutions from the Talent & Learning local and/or Regional portfolios. Responsible for needs analysis, solution design and delivery of the interventions in line with the business requirements.
- Measure impact of the Training Interventions in line with priorities for the T&L team.
- Partner with Lead HRGs across these businesses on individual needs identification, program nomination, attendance and effectiveness of the Learning programs
- Contribute to the CSC & O&T Talent & Learning team, ensuring that it works effectively and is well motivated. Educate, inform and communicate on the overall goals, progress and outcomes to ensure wide understanding.
- Act as the primary interface/point of contact for the Senior stakeholders at CSC, Chennai, and ensure constant linkage and co-ordination between the various work streams and groups.
