AVP - Business Support - BFSI

Role: Chief Manager/ AVP Business Support

Job Description:

- To understand and comprehend the lending business objectives.

- To create / build a detailed analysis around the business and month on month reports.

- Get involved in market research and drive process improvements.

- Should have worked in Business operations, incentive rollouts, contest roll outs & manage all the communication at branch/cluster level.

- Should be able to produce various Productivity Analysis reports.

- To be able to have proficiency in MIS Management.

- Should be able to work in a dynamic environment.

- Play a key role in supporting new technology and new product launches coordinating with teams to ensure proper setup, operations, and success of the launches.

Minimum Requirements:

- Engineering or MBA background with understanding minimum mid-level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to read and analyze data and derive conclusions from the same.

- Should be a great communicator and team player.

- Should be able to handle 3-4 team members.

- 6-8 years of experience in NBFC.
