Job Description :


- The Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Business Product -Lending is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with business objectives, leading a team to prioritize features, enhance UI/UX, and drive revenue through web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute Product Development Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive product development strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to define and prioritize features and enhancements for the product.


- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers and specialists in UI/UX, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and backend development to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.


- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation from both Web and Mobile platforms through effective acquisition journeys and cross-selling initiatives.


- UI/UX Excellence: Ensure the delivery of best-in-class UI/UX experiences across both acquisition and servicing channels to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Success Metrics:

- Improvement in Conversion Rate: Achieve a 70% improvement in conversion rates through the Web and App funnel, optimizing user experience and journey efficiency.

- Enhanced Customer Support: Attain best-in-class capabilities and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) from acquisition to customer support by 30%, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the entire user journey.

Profile:

1 Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience,

2 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise,


3 Proficiency in automation tools such as App analytics or AB testing platforms,


4 Demonstrated capability in creating product journeys, roadmaps, and understanding customer journeys,


5 Comprehensive knowledge of all stages in the product journey,


6 Minimum 7-8 years of experience in banking products with a mature perspective,


7 Involvement in external integrations like KYC/EPFO/RBI, and


8 Proven ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX, development, and testing teams to deliver new features effectively.
