Job Description - Reporting into COO management team, you would be responsible to build business relationship with onshore teams and stakeholders across sites in India to add value to the processes. You will also be responsible for stabilizing and standardizing business processes and helping in driving business improvement along with seamless delivery of financial and non financial tasks.

The Successful Candidate - CA/MBA from top B School

- Over 8+ years of work experience in a similar role within financial services

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Strong track record of success in an individual as well as team leading role managing senior stakeholders is a must
