AVP/Business Manager- APAC(BI Sales)
- Develop and execute business development strategy and plan across multiple verticals including, Automotive,BFSI,FMCG/Retail,Lifesciences.
- Lead Regional expansion and act as a true hunter in defined vertcials.
- Create and maintain Solid CXO Level Relationship and Analyze business opportunities.
- Due-Diligence, Handling Critical Issues, Pricing & Contract Negotiation skills are essential.
- A proactive leader and planner with cross-functional expertise in handling corporate clients, BI/BA sales management, key account management with skills in P&L management and competitor/ market analysis.
-Organising and Ensuring active participation of Sales in Industry events.
- Working closely with Lepton's partner like Google and Pitney Bowes and incorporating the broader go-to-market plans in Singapore and other APAC countries.
- Continual competitive research and analysis to determine areas for growth.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Sets examples for team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and
work habits.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in Hunting role and Sales Management for APAC region(India base role)
- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent + M.B.A(Preferably) from premier institutes
- Experience in selling enterprise software, BI/BA/CRM/ERP solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Must have worked in atleast two verticals out of Automotive,Lifesciences,FMCG/Retail, BFSI
- Must have established relationship with key decision makers in atleast 2 of the defined verticals.
- Must have carried and performed with annual Sales target of USD 1m+ business as individual contributor in last 2 years.
- An effective communicator & team leader combined with flexible & detail oriented attitude with ability to interact effectively with people.
