Responsibilities :
Business, Financial & Operational Management :
- Managing and tracking of Financials, Budgeting including planning, forecasting & deep dive analysis of expenses and saves opportunities for the Cash Operations business.
- Coordinating with Senior Management and support groups to ensure cost discipline & control. Evaluating Financial and project data and making decisions basis the information.
- Headcount Management
- Management of Hiring, staffing, analysis of growth roles and back fill requirements, maintaining details of hiring and open positions.
- Managing Risk reporting, tracking and governance for the teams to ensure error free operations.
- Good knowledge and critical support in core processes and flows involved in global payments processing.
Management & Strategies - Execution & Coordination :
- Management of key governance meetings and holding discussions with leadership team (Operational and Stakeholder meetings)
- Ensure successful execution of management agenda & follow up on action plan
- Playing key role between senior management, teams and stakeholders to provide critical information for financial decision making, formulating infrastructure strategy in-line with the business plans.
- Working with theme owners to create systemic flow of information and structure tracking of data
