Job Context:
The role carries a number of responsibilities including Revenue, Cost and Headcount reporting and analysis. It will also involve liaising with COOs and Business Managers across the Debt Complex and Infrastructure Partners, both Onshore and Offshore. The role requires the management of 3 perm and 1 temp member of staff, but also is a hands on individual, who wants to be involved in the running of the business.
Duties will include:
- Analytical support for CAO, but also liaise with COO and BM Community in order to plan and implement Debt Management strategy.
- Assist in management/ governance of headcount. This involves reporting, budgeting and forecasting headcount as well as implementing people related initiatives.
- Assisting with Promotion Cycle.
- Assisting with annual employee, Graduate and Summer Interns programmes.
- Extensive support on expense analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
- Assist in the management of Infrastructure costs and allocations to Partners (Cost and Headcount allocations).
- Monitor and review run-rate analysis, Monthly Rolling Forecast, Plan and Revenue deliverables
- Assist in coordinating activities and extensive analytical support during strategic planning process and other Management deliverables.
- Collation and provision of information for internal and external presentations as required by Senior Management.
- Presentations for senior management on business performance.
- Tracking risk issues - compliance training, MTA, BCM, etc.
- Maintaining GSS portal with accurate information on functional, local supervisor & define role key
- Business Administration Management: Travel & Cost Approvals, Concur approvals, company changes, recertification/ IT controls / Seat Planning/ Desk set up/ BCM.
- Off-shoring, Compliance and Audit projects.
- Support strategic business plans and management initiatives.
Required to undertake special project work as requested and on an ad hoc basis.
Skills:
- CA/ MBA/ MMS in Finance from a premier institution with relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases andExcel. Advanced exposure to Word and Powerpoint is preferable.
- Very strong analytical skill and ability to think laterally.
- Experienced project manager, who is highly organised and extremely accurate.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work to tight deadlines and without supervision.
- Ideally have managed a team in previous role.
