What you'll do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following -
- Responsible to coordinate and arrange necessary licensing requirements for Sales team travel
- Support the business leads on strategic projects with miscellaneous support
- Responsible for general diary management for the Sales/Business Heads
- Assist with travel support, which includes itinerary management, liaising with travel desk and & agency for bookings
- Assisting the Sales team with managing administrative requirements related to roadshow activities
- Contribute with managing the content library/shared drives to systematically arrange and file
the required documents
- Responsible to support Sales Heads in keeping track of training hours for their team and preparing MI for the same
- Assist the Sales team with expense booking related to business travel and other expenses
- The role holder will be responsible for managing the office desk and meeting room bookings for the Sales team
- Assist and manage the cross-border requests for the team
- Back up for Sales support role within the CoE team
Qualifications - External
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- 6-8 years of experience in secretarial work, office administration or related field
- Excellent communication ( both written and verbal) skills
- Extensive experience in creating documents using Microsoft office applications - MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach towards problem-solving
- Advanced note taking, record keeping and organizational skills
- Stakeholder management is a critical attribute, the ability to work as a team player is must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
