- Overall accountability is to support the COO team by providing operational oversight for Business Management, transformation and change activities.

- Cost Management

- Financial planning & Analysis and MI Reporting

- Risk Management - Compliance and Governance

- Organization, People and Process Transformation / Change management

- Headcount / resource management

Job specification :

- MBA Finance / CA / ICWA

- COO/Operational and/or Business Management Experience

- Relevant experience in global organization's and delivery to tight timelines

- Experience of Process Management, Business Management and cost/FTE management
