AVP - Business Intelligence - Qlikview/QlikSense - Bank

We are looking out for AVP - BI (Qlikview/ Qlik Sense) with a banking MNC in Hyderabad

The role involves -

- Work closely with VP Production Management Solutions, to develop high quality, effective Production Management Metrics and modules designed to improve contact center efficiencies and optimize resource utilization.

- Implementing strategies through management of tools and metrics to improve efficiencies across Operations for business services/stakeholders

- Work towards establishing PM Data Warehouse by embedding key tools like FVQ, GWIS, ASPECT, eWFM and Dialers within the existing PM Tools like SD Static and eTCS.
