We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of AVP - Recharges -Recharges vertical. In this role, you will :

- Manage operations BAU for a team size of 70+ across multiple locations

- Provide strategic direction and manage multiple Business Partner relationships.

- Very strong ability to prepare organizationally and operationally for growth in size of department/responsibilities

- Driving change and strategic initiatives to realise Business Re-engineering

- Lead migrations & remigrations and successfully establish processes

- Ensure high quality of output is delivered e.g. financial data in the reports etc is accurately and correctly presented

- Continuous review of processes with the objective of improving the service delivery timeframes and identify areas of improvement

- Responsible for leading & motivating multiple teams/processes with accountability for Business Service Delivery parameters

- Willingness to extensively travel between locations

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant, CPA, Cost Accountant, CIMA, MBA (Finance), post graduate degree in Finance / Accounting or related stream from a reputed A- class institute with at least 7 years of experience.

- Experience of working with audit firms with good track record / leading MNC/ captive BPO in Financial Services

- High level understanding of risk & contols / compliance

- Project management / PowerPoint and presentation skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills

People skills :

- Proficient professional in supervisory role. Has experience of leading teams of 50 plus people

- Responsible for leading & motivating multiple teams/processes, with accountability for Business Service Delivery parameters

- Leadership - Lead by Example

- Employee Development - Soft skills, Leadership development, technical trainings, product trainings, etc

Analytical review / problem solving skills :

- Proficient analytical review skills; ability to add value to customer deliverables through understanding of the business / lateral thinking

- Pre-empt issues or concerns and flag these off to business partner in a timely manner.

- Ability to manage trouble shooting/ secondary reviews and understand all queries raised by business partner and determine escalation as necessary

Change Management :

- Should have consistently demonstrated ability of driving results

Accounting skills :

- General Accounting knowledge i.e. Accounting Principles, Book Close etc.

- Past functional experience in Reconciliations: GL, Inter-company and in depth knowledge and understanding of Business Planning process.

- Knowledge of Inter-Company Operating Plan, Billing and Invoicing process will be added advantage

Customer management skills :

- Relationship Management with senior managers and at a process level

- Agree on roadmap and plans for reengineering and standardization

- Monitoring Performance

- Hold regular calls with Business partners and eliminate areas of concerns if any.

Additional information :

- All applicants must have successfully completed their probation period.

- All applicants must have a minimum performance rating of 3 in their most recent annual performance appraisal.

- All L6 & L5 applicants should have served at least 24 months and should have successfully completed respective learning curve tenure, in their current role as on closing date.
