AVP-Business Finance

Business Finance :

- Taking Pricing decision - maximum discounts to be offered to different accounts

- Preparation of annual budget, profitability statements, rolling forecast, variance analysis across divisions, geography, chains / key accounts

- Business partnering with - Periodic MIS and business review- across geography and chain / key accounts

- Commercial face in negotiation with chains / key accounts, continuous engagement with them

- Periodic review with business heads and respective financial controllers on deviation of actual business units- performance against budget and; identify opportunities for profit improvement and potential risks
