AVP - Business Finance - eCommerce - IIM/FMS/ISB/MDI

A leading eCommerce in High end fashion is looking out for dynamic Candidates .The business finance is a growing organization.

- This role would be reporting to the AVP's of Business Finance and would be working closely with the business teams to drive financial analysis and projects supporting top-line, profitability and working capital for the retail categories and various supply chain management and operational projects.

Job Requirements :

- Finance leader managing the Portfolio

- Partner with business leader and influence the key decisions for meeting the targets.

Manage a team to prepare

- The financial and operational plan for the business unit.

- Prepare insightful analytics and partner with functional leaders while presenting to leadership.

- Develop and align operational metrics with key financial metrics.

- Provide reporting, analytics and business insights to the management.

- Understand the business, drive cost savings and working closely with key stakeholders

Skills Required :

- Strong Leadership Skills with ability to build scalable processes.

- Structured Thought process.

- Presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to deal with senior stake holders.

Education and Experience Required :

- MBA (finance) from Tier-1 college.

- 8+ years of relevant experience.

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
