KEY DELIVERABLES :
- VPs of Growth must be able to make informed decisions based on data and can project future outcomes.
- Developing and executing growth strategies.
- Create effective growth strategies, including customer acquisition, customer retention, and monetization.
- Must also be able to execute those strategies and implement them correctly.
Analyzing data:
- Should be able to analyze data to make informed decisions about the company's growth. This includes
- Must analyze customer behavior, market trends, and other data that could provide insight into the company's performance.
- Collaborating with teams: Be able to work closely with all teams to ensure their growth strategy is implemented and optimized for success. This includes working closely with product, marketing, sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Identifying market opportunities : Identify potential markets for the company's products and services and analyze customer behavior to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Managing budgets : Manage budgets to ensure that the company's growth is as efficient as possible. They need to be able to identify high-value investments and allocate resources accordingly.
- Managing the growth team : Able to handle the growth team and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal. This includes hiring, training, and managing the group to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Education and Experience :
- Postgraduate in Management from a institute of repute
- 15+ years of retail sales experience, with 3+ years in identifying opportunities for market expansion, analyse customer behaviour and develop ways to increase retention and monetization.
