AVP - Business Excellence/Continuous Improvement
Job Description :
- Experienced Process excellence professional with a total of 8-10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years should be in Process Excellence roles
- Should have completed Six Sigma Black Belt
- Should have done at least 3 Green belt level improvement projects and 1 Black belt level project
- Should be able to demonstrate couple of Improvement projects from End to End
- Should have handled projects independently (meaning, he/she should have either mentored or been a Project leader)
- Good communication, Convincing, Negotiating skills
- Good Presentation skills (presenting something to Client and Internal stakeholders)
- Good stakeholder handling skills (in taking up a project)
- Exposure towards Six Sigma tools and techniques is a must
- Good command over Quality concepts (like 7 QC tools, Pareto chart, Control chart, Fishbone diagram, Correlation, MIS Dashboards etc.,)
- Would be an added advantage if he or she knows about Robotic process Automation (RPA), AI & Machine learning concepts
- Should be able to coherently put things together from a business perspective with good story-telling technique
- Should have working exposure in any of the statistical software like Minitab, SAS, SPC etc.,
- Training skills is an added advantage
- Good in Excel, Word and PPT
Candidate Experience :
- Candidates from BPO/ITES industry are preferred
- Manufacturing along with BPO/ITES industry also can apply
- Six Sigma Black belt certified
