AVP - Business Development - Real Estate Investment

Purpose of the role

The key purpose of the role is to create deep relationships in real estate industry to attract and determine investment worthy portfolios

Key Responsibilities

- Source portfolios which can be analyzed to get maturity paths

- Liaise with key ARCs, NBFCs, Banks, NCLT, Developers and other financial institutions to determine projects that require Integrow's expertise

- Network with Resolution Professionals and understand project paths to analyze investment worth

- Conduct extensive market research on target prospects

- Access portfolios of financial institutions to enable better analysis of projects

- Strong market linkages to do a pre-assessment of institutions & developers

- Preparation of negotiation parameters for the senior management

- Liaison with counterparties to provide regular updates and build trust

- Create deep networks within the real estate space to bring in maximum number of projects for investment determination

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- MBA/ CA with 8 - 10 years of experience in real estate/ real estate finance / Capital Market team of IPCs

- Excellent English communication and convincing skills

- Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams

- Ability to interface with NBFCs, ARCs, NCLT, Developers and other agencies for sourcing real estate portfolios
