Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and enhance the company's competitiveness.

Lead business development initiatives targeting new clients and fostering business growth with existing clients.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of managers and professionals in business development and operations. Appoint tasks and roles within the department.

Recruit and retain top talent, foster a positive work environment, and ensure staff development and training.

Sanction leaves for team members according to the organizational policies.

Take disciplinary action, when necessary, in accordance with company guidelines and labour laws

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Negotiate major contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Develop and refine scope letters, proposals, and client communications before, during, and after engagement.

Financial Management:

Oversee financial aspects of business development and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure that financial targets are met and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and human resources, to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts across the company.

Engage in company activities, high-level cases, and corporate meetings for seamless client coordination and updates.
