Individual Role :
Job Objective :
- To lead Business Development activities at Head Office to enable achievement of set target, manage the Sales service proposition through Integration Initiatives and undertake all activities related to Business Development, Support Channel Partners MI requirements.
- Follow up with the Channel Partners and functions at CHOICe for timely completion of regulatory requirements, Sales Activity Management, Integration Initiatives CRM Leads.
- Individual would be required to report progress on all Business Development and regulatory matters to Governing Board, EXCO and other forums.
- The role is market facing and the successful candidate will work to develop, expand, and maintain a positive long-term, high impact, value-adding and trusted relationship with the client and its executives across Banks, priorities will be setting strategy, identifying key target segments and connecting executives as well as executing on the strategy, closing deals, building the sales pipeline and delivering on your targets
Key Result Areas :
- Manage the Sales service proposition for Bancassurance Channel Partner & the JV Regional Heads
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline capable of production in new group sales
- Prospect for new business opportunities via cold calling, canvassing, developing relationships with centers of influence and attendance at national and regional association meetings and conferences
- Lead presentation team on all finalist presentations for new business within your territory
- Attend internal and external national and regional association meetings, consultant meetings, and brokerage firm meetings for the purpose of deepening relationships with existing clients and expanding relationships with prospective clients
Typical Targets and Measures:
- Internal liaising with various functions (Training/UW/P&P Team etc.) with regards to resolution of specific issues highlighted by RHs and channel partner.
- Publishing COMMISSION related, reports, Licensing Hierarchy Dashboards and MIS (daily | weekly | monthly)
- Ensure that ALL queries & complaints raised (both verbal and written), are replied to within 24 hours (including holding reply). Ensure 100% complaints are recorded and relayed to the respective Regional Heads and resolved within 4 working days.
- Work towards achieving TATs as laid down by Choice. Ensure that non-adherence to TATs are escalated and arrive at a suitable solution.
- Support Zonal/Regional Heads in delivering higher levels of customer delight by facilitating the process of Timely & accurate MIS within mutually agreed timelines
- Improve completeness of data provided to Channel Partner at all times including that of Hierarchy mapping/Commission Reports/Sales MIS/Contest MIS etc.
