Job Description

Reporting into the Compliance lead, you would be a part of the Center of Excellence (CECoE) and would be responsible for providing compliance support to various units within the bank.

Your primary responsibilities would include:

- Examine and test various activities being carried out in CECoE from a compliance perspective

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and policies

- Lease with operational risk division to ensure that all Risk Assessments and Testing are compliant with the group policies

- Work with the various control functions within the bank to identify potential issues and accordingly take corrective actions

- Track changes in the regulatory environment and update different departments about any changes in the regulatory environment

- Ensure STPI requirements are being met

The Successful Applicant

You must possess the following:

- CA/CS/MBA from a reputed university 7+ years of experience within control and compliance domain

- Excellent knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment

- Ability to operate and influence at executive level and build relationships with key stakeholders

- Proven success in stakeholder management and working in diverse teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
