AVP - Business Analyst - Project Management

Our client, a global financial institution with a sizeable Investment Banking Operations division in India, supporting their global footprint are actively looking at hiring a Business Analyst in Project management.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program.

- Manage large size program , regulatory or strategic ops back trade reporting.

- Should have strategic initiative and on-board new tools.

- Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management.

- Should be able to manage own program, day to day escalation, documentation.

- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking with proven experience as a Program Manager.

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).

- Has sound understanding of financials products, Trade lifecycle and asset classes.

- Excellent Communication, Organization and Documentation Skills.

- PMP/Six sigma/prince 2 or any other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
