Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirement Analysis and Project Management:

- Support regional and global projects by analyzing business requirements and managing project activities, particularly in the treasury and market domains.

Documentation and Process Re-engineering:

- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

- Lead business process re-engineering and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.

Risk Management and Governance:

- Support governance and operational risk management across multiple regions, standardizing and improving processes.

System Validation and Testing:

- Participate in system validation activities including pre-UAT and UAT planning, and coordinate user training sessions.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform requirement elicitation, and provide updates on project progress.

- Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams across various locations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with IT and Operations teams to ensure successful system implementation.

- Support strategic business initiatives through requirement analysis, system design, and validation.

Operational Standardization:

- Lead efforts to standardize and streamline operations across different regions, enhancing governance and minimizing operational risks.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in business analysis with a focus on treasury and market operations.

- Proficient in creating BRDs and FRDs and executing detailed requirement analysis and process documentation.

- Experience in Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office operations, particularly in the treasury domain.

- Hands-on experience in pre-UAT and UAT planning and user training.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to collaborate across regions and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of market operations in Asia-Pacific regions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, or India.

- Experience in system design or development.

- Experience in the financial services industry with a focus on core banking, treasury, and market systems.

- Exposure to working on projects across multiple countries or regions.

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.

- Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Agile methodologies is a plus.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a focus on the treasury and market domains.
