AVP - Business Analyst - Capital Markets

Role: This global opportunity is for high caliber, motivated, proactive and detail oriented Senior Business Analyst with good understanding of Banking and Global Market products to drive the business requirements end to end for multiple geographies following the best practices in the industry.

The role will include significant interaction with different countries/sites Business Users (Business Head, Directors, Sr VPs) to understand processes, current issues/challenges and requirements to interpret possible system changes to define Book of work. Successful candidate will drive end to end system changes in coordination with IT teams located in different geographies and global Project/Program manager.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand, learn and expertise the business function, processes and products to enable effective execution of duties

- Collaborate with the business to help producing clear and unambiguous business requirements, functional design and acceptance criteria

- Communicate business requirements to IT and analyze system design with IT development and support teams

- Drive the prioritization of functional requirements with business

- Scope and change management and the associated impact analysis

- Ownership of functional and technical enhancement dependencies
