AVP - Business Analyst - BFSI

AVP -Business Analyst GSC's.

Principal responsibilities:

- Owning the process catalogue and acting as a "clearing house" of process work performed by various

- Ensuring Processes are modelled to Group standards and cohesive with the Business Architecture Framework

- Ensuring Processes are of a sound enough quality to transition into BAU maintenance

- Undertaking process modelling and optimization assignments

- Upskilling existing resources in Process Management

- Acting as Process Management SMEs

Qualifications - External

Requirements:

- Experience of modelling business processes

At least one of:

- Financial Risk domain knowledge

- Non-financial Risk domain knowledge

- Procurement domain knowledge

- Ability to navigate a large, diverse, and organizationally complex organization

- Data analysis, especially mapping of related datasets validated by business analysis / stakeholder engagement

- Business Process Modelling Notation

- Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.FH
