Principal responsibilities :
- Responsible for requirements, design and change management throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify impacts on people, processes, systems and organisation in order to plan necessary interventions
- Work closely and build good relationships with all delivery partners and across functions globally
- Play various roles by engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ensure business objectives are met and customer outcomes are realized
- Align at all times to the group strategy, values and behaviours
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in complex change projects across countries or regions
- Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
- Experience in delivering significant change and collaborating with stakeholders in different locations
- Experience in agile ways of working/tooling
- Knowledge of retail banking / insurance products and services
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Business Analysis / Agile certifications (Agile BA, CBAP, CSPO) are an advantage
- Experience in working on digital transformation initiatives
