Role & Responsibility:
1. Spearhead brand marketing function i.e brand strategy, yearly marketing calendar, execution & tracking
2. Lead the creative work stream for all online & offline (mass media: tv, print, radio, ooh) initiatives with a team of marketing manager, designers & partner agencies
3. Lead content work stream including website, brand platforms, performance marketing, ATL & BTL activities with a team of content specialist & partner agencies. Deliverables includes static & infographics content (videos, infographics, blogs, mailers, landing page content, posters, office branding etc.)
4. Understand business briefs from creative / content standpoint and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process
5. Partner with HR to drive Employer Branding initiative & position UNIVO as a preferred employer
6. Lead social media mandate to moderate an engaged community & drive mid funnel conversations + conversions with a team of Social media managers & partner agencies
7. Drive KPI measurement for all brand activities
Requirement :
1. 10 to 12 years - hands on Brand marketing experience
2. Proficiency brand management
3. Strong hands on experience on creative & content
4. Proven track record of leading content & creative teams
5. Understanding of KPI measurement in brand marketing
6. Excellent communication & presentation skills
7. Should have managed brand, creative or content agencies
Minimum Qualification:
1. Masters/MBA/PGDM - Preferred
2. Relavnt experience in Brand Marketing
