- Handling a branch.
- Supervise, Monitor and engage the Branch Team which includes Relationship Officer, Service Officer, Branch Operations Manger, LCC Supervisor, Branch Sales Manager and Assistant Acquisition Manger.
- Responsible for Achievement of Branch Budget which includes, CASA numbers, Value, Term Deposit, Assets, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Trinity Accounts and most important is the required head count in place as per the Budget.
- Individually acquiring new relationships for the bank, through Referrals and Direct Sales.
- Enhancement of existing relationship.
- Monitoring of the branch book to have complete control on Attrition and Closures.
- Regularly train the team to maintain quality customer experience and constant endeavor to improve productivity.
- Tracking of all Bulk Transactions.
- Responsible for Branch Audit.
- Complete control on Branch Cost (Cost Effectiveness), to make sure each and every opportunity is used to the optima to get the Level Break Even.
