Role Summary/Purpose :
- Role of Lead BPM & Quality is to deliver on Process management related aspects (Identification, Documentation & Deployment) for the organization.
- Candidate shall work towards ensuring Process Management related activities become integral to DNA of the organization
- Candidate shall also be responsible for facilitating / leading high impact improvement projects at the organization level using methodical approach
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead and guide Quality Managers / Functional Black Belts for Process Management related activities
- Lead/Facilitate high impact Cross functional projects around identified improvement initiatives focusing on Productivity, Customer experience, enabling growth and improving engagement.
- Execute on project deliverables using methodical approaches such as Lean, DMAIC etc.
- Coach resources within & outside the function on new quality methodologies and on advanced quality tools of Green Belt / Black Belt training
- Assist Quality & BPM functional head in the development and refinement of strategy and implementation of Functional initiatives within the business priorities of growth, customer satisfaction / experience and productivity
- Conduct training: quality induction, quality awareness and other training as deemed appropriate
- Facilitate functions in identification & documentation of business processes in a standardized manner
- Implementing Change Management System to facilitate that Process documents are always up to date with changing business needs
- Design & Guide implementation of Process deployment system to ensure that high level of awareness around created & changed processes across geographies & levels.
- Design & Implementation of a Process performance score card model for effective measurement of business processes and for identifying improvement opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements Desired Qualification :
- Graduate / MBA
- Black Belt Certification from reputed Institute / organization
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant areas of Quality / Process Management
Experience :
- Overall experience of 10 years
- Minimum 3 year Operational experience of Core Processes / Financial Services
- Experience in project Management
- Change management experience
Skills & Technical Knowledge :
- Knowledge around Process classification frameworks or financial organizations
- Sound knowledge on Quality Methodologies of Six Sigma, BPR and statistical software
- Strong strategic skill set; able to synthesize and translate internal and external customer input, business performance metrics and strategic directives into projects/action plans
- Strong team player and business change agent; must act as an inclusive leader and also be able to work independently to drive progress
- Team Management Skills
- Excellent facilitation/influencing skills at middle & senior management level
- Process Design & Process documentation skills on MS Visio or any other BPM Tool
- Strong Analytical skills and sound knowledge of Minitab or equivalent statistical software
- Results oriented; proven track record of delivering results
- Adaptable; must anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing environment
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Customer centric; understand and utilize customer VOC
- Effective at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
