- Part of regional Benefits team, responsible for managing Benefits function for APAC region.
- Assists in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy, manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions as well as liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Manages and tracks progress for success for the Operational Excellence team.
- Manages data integration, liaising between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participating on global calls to coordinate with regional Benefits partners and on calls with vendor to provide status updates.
- Ensures regional Benefits partners are providing deliverables on time to Vendors and project is on schedule.
- Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues concerning benefits with substantial potential impact.
- Incumbent should be open for a Hybrid working model, 3 days work from Office
- Diversity preferred.
