AVP - BD - Consulting

Currently there is an opening with a Brand Advisory and a Strategic Design firm based in Mumbai for AVP – Business Development.

Professional Experience: 6-8 years

- Experience in consultative sales / solution selling, ideally worked with a business consulting firm or an advertising agency

- Holds a strong understanding of brands and importance of building consumer experience

- Must have an excellent ability to engage with various levels of stakeholders across private sector and public sector enterprises

- Is a stalwart when it comes to making pitches and presenting to an audience

- Ability to research and analyse information, build insightful client presentations

- A track record of exceeding targets and closing large value business deals

- Effective business communication skills – both verbal & written

- Capable of preparing business documentation (credentials, proposals, articulating business cases, etc.)

- Ability to forge trustworthy client relationships

- Is technology savvy and understands how the internet can be harnessed for business solutions, and marketing communications

Job Description

- Generate an ongoing contact list/ database of customer prospects

- Present company credentials to prospects

- Understand business requirements of clients and coordinate with internal teams to define scope of work

- Build proposals and close deals

- Hand-over of new projects to the client servicing team

- Prepare periods reports for review with line manager

Educational Qualification:

MBA or Post graduate in Mass communication

Remuneration:

Commensurate with years and quality of professional experience

Location:

Mumbai. Candidates must have work experience in Mumbai
